Knaus Feral Farms didn’t start with a storefront.

It started with a 3x3 farmstand built from recycled materials, set up on faith and an honor system. No cash register. No supervision. Just a box, a few goods, and trust in the people around us.

We believed if we made something honest, people would respond the same way.

They did.

What began as a small stand on the side of the road grew into something bigger — not because we chased growth, but because the community showed up. One jar, one loaf, one handshake at a time.

The raccoon became our unofficial mascot — a little wild, a little stubborn, resourceful and scrappy. It represents how we started.

The KF mark is our brand. It’s our stamp. A reminder that what we build is meant to last. Established in 1989, rooted in Central Texas, and grounded in the belief that if you raise it, bake it, blend it, make it, and bottle it yourself — it means more.

We still do it the same way we started:
With intention.
With integrity.
And with just enough feral spirit to keep it interesting.
