Shipping Policy
At Knaus Feral Farms we want to make sure you recieve your treasures in a safe, accurate and timely manner. Below is our shipping information and what to expect if the unthinkable happens in transit.
Domestic Shipping

We have standard shipping of 7.99 on all orders. Orders after $125.00 (before tax and after discounts) qualify for free shipping.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated during promotions or holidays.

Carriers: Most orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on size, weight, and delivery location.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Weather, strikes,measures beyond our control

Postal service disruptions or delays

Incomplete or incorrect addresses provided during checkout
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order this If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at kferafarms@gmail.com— we may be able to update it if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an issue with delivery (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed package, delivery refused), we will contact you via the email provided in your order. You’ll be given the following options, please note this is only if the product was returned to us. Missing, lost or damaged packages are covered in the next section.
1. Reship
In the event this occours we will be happy to reship the order at the customers expense. To prevent this extra cost please make sure all addresses are correct
2. Refund the Order

You will receive a refund for the item(s) minus the original shipping cost we incurred (even if your order qualified for free shipping).

This helps cover our non-refundable shipping expenses and ensures we can continue offering fair pricing.
Missing/ Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you haven’t received it:

Please check the random areas that a package may be left. Also check with neighbors or household members.

Then contact your local post office or carrier for help locating it.

If the package is still missing, email us at kferalfarms@gmail.com and we will see what options are available on our end.
Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but you did not recieve. We know things happen and in that instance please contact us within 5 days so we can inquire about helping you file a claim.
