These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Knaus Feral Farms.

Thank you for your purchase! If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

​

1. The following items are not eligible for refund/return except under certain conditons with company approval.- food/teas, cusomized items.

​

2. The products must be returned within 30 days under the following conditions:

   a. The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase;

   b. Product must be unopened and unused.

   c. It must contain all tags;

   d. It must not be damaged;

   e. The customer must bring the purchase receipt.

3. Items damaged due to manufacture defect or shipping must be returned with all components/pieces of products to be eligible for replacement/refund. Items damaged due to misuse, vandalism, accident, or damage obtained by using product in a way for which product was not designed are NOT eligibile for refund/exchange/store credit.

4. After thirty days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in Clause Two Knaus Feral Farms shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.

5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

​

6. Please allow 7 to 10 days after return of item for refund to be returned to original payment method.
